Playoff Review: Congratulations to our champion, Panda! He beat WeathermanSam 215-186.33 in the final round this past weekend. With that win, he guarantees himself a spot in the Super Cup and a spot in Pot 1 of next season's Champions League.
Champions League Groups Announcement:
Our second mini-game of the season is called the Champions League. Should you have any question about the rules, please contact administration, but here are some of the notable ones:
Every pick is on a one day lock.
Rounds run Tuesday to Thursday.
Champions League averages all of your scores within the round. If you make only one pick, that score is cut in half.
The top four players in each group will advance to the knockout stages. A matchup win earns you three points, a draw one, and a loss none. However, if you do not pick within a matchup, you LOSE two points. This can be detrimental and will inevitably cause someone to miss out with a better record.
NEW THIS SEASON- There are three groups of seven players. This means three players will have a bye each week. Note when your bye is.
The group winners and the best second place finisher will advance directly to the quarterfinals, where the rest will play off to join them.

Weekend League
Our THIRD mini-game this season is Weekend League. Players this season paired up to make teams and will compete against each other on a different map. Here are the notable rules:
There is a much larger map for Weekend League. However, each weekend, you must pick a different region. Stick within your region for the weekend, and you can't use it again.** Region declarations are due by Wednesday night. If you don't declare a region, one will be picked for you at random.
You win a matchup by beating your opponent two days out of three. It is not average based, it is purely day-to-day. That being said, you should pick for all three days. If a Sunday pick is not necessary, we won't score it.
Teams are initially organized into two groups of six this season.
The top THREE from each group advance to the Super Sixes. In the Super Sixes, you will play the other two teams who qualified from your group and the top three from the other group. Regions-wise, you can pick from the final four regions you did not select from earlier AND you are permitted to pick one region you used within the first five weeks. When you use this wild card is up to you.
